I have some property in Ballarat, near Miners Rest I want to sell. Land of approximately 6.5 hectares. Need advice?
My wife and I have 6-7 acres of land on Cummins Road, Miners Rest, Victoria who wish to sell privately. Does anyone have any advice on how to advertise property in the network or otherwise without having to go through an agent? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. U can list a property for sale in a place like realestate.com.au or similar? The property is near the mining town and Rest of the new supermarket.
Realestate.com.au requires you to be a real estate agent to list, Sorry. There are plenty of sites for sale by owner, but are not well known. The reason you should consider using an agent is the negotiation and real skills roots that bring to the table. In Victoria to subtract your expenses as well, so you can prove that. Do a google / search in private anzwers real estate sales from Australia to see how you go.
